The first question to ask yourself the sorts of requirements the property needs to meet?

What sort of requirements do you want the property to meet? Bedrooms, bathrooms, how big of a yard you want ect. This will all help when going into a real estate agency to start looking for the one!

How much money are you willing to spend?
If you make the cut for any grants (First Home Buyer, stamp duty taken off, ect.)
Budgeting and loans
Financial situation

Knowing what houses are going for in the area you are looking to purchase in
Getting familiar with the estate agencies around you
Also it is just as important to become familiar with conveyancers, legal practitioners, financial advisors ect.

This process should be made as easily and stress free as possible with the right resources and support around you
